Summer Schedule!!

Thank you very much for reading our weekly blog!

We will inform you about the summer schedule for July and August.

Dr.John will be out of the office July 14th to 17th and August 11th to 14th but the office opens as usual so feel free to contact us!
Please understand that due to COVID19, the number of patients per day is limited, so when you would like to set up an appoinrment,

please make a reservations well in advance.

★To avoid the crowding conditions in our office, if the patient needs some dental appointment companion, we allow that only one companion can come with he/she.

Only small children allow to come with their parent to the clinical floor, when they have an appointment.

★At the day of your appointment with us, before seeing our Clinical staff and Dentist,

we always ask all of our patients to wash, sanitize your hands and rinse your mouth with medical mouth wash.

 

★If you/your close contact person are returning from oversea, please stay home at least 2weeks.After self-quarantine, if you and your close contact person are well, please schedule your appointment with us. 

★duwhen coming to our office, please wear your mask for you and for everyone.

今週は7月、8月のスケジュールのお知らせをいたします。

 

現在も私たちオフィスでは、継続してコロナ対策をとっております。

その為、通常よりも若干お約束が取れにくい状況が続いております。

7月14日から17日と8月11日から14日は院長不在の為、お約束枠が少し空いておりますので、

夏の歯のクリーニング、インビザラインなどお約束をご希望の方は、お日にちに余裕をもってご連絡いただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。

 

 

 

 

以下のコロナ対策を私達オフィスでは現在も継続して行なっておりますので、どうぞご来院の際にはご協力のほど宜しくお願い申し上げます。

 

 

 

★オフィス内の混雑を避けるため、来院の際、ご家族の付き添いは1名様までとさせて頂きます。

また、クリニカルエリアには患者さまお一人でお越しただきますよう、ご協力をお願い致します

（＊小さなお子様の治療に関しましては、保護者1名様までクリニカルエリアへの付き添いをお願い致します。）

 

★診療前には当オフィスにて、全ての患者様に手洗い、手消毒、口内洗浄剤によるうがいをお願いしております。

 

★発熱、咳など風邪の症状がある方は、予約をキャンセル、又は、変更頂きますようお願い致します。また、ご家族にそのような症状がある場合も来院を控えて頂きますよう、ご協力をお願い致します。

 

★海外から帰国された患者さまのお約束は、帰国日より2週間以降にお取りさせて頂いております。

そのため、お約束をおとりする際に帰国日を伺うこともございますので、ご理解のほど、宜しくお願い致します。

★オフィスへお越しになる際は、全ての方へマスクの着用をお願い致しております。ご協力、ご理解のほど宜しくお願い致します。
