こんにちは

いつもDr. Kaku's office Blogをご覧頂きまして、ありがとうございます。

 

新型コロナウイルス感染症対策を検討する政府の専門家会議では

感染源が追えない患者数が拡大している東京都と大阪府は感染拡大警戒地域に含まれると認識を示し、

「医療危機的状況宣言」が発表されました。

 

 

長引く自粛や報道で、心身ともにお疲れの方も多いことかと思いますが

今、ウィルスと闘っていらっしゃる方や、そのご家族のことを心に留め、

これ以上感染が広がらないように、

ひとりひとりが自分だけではなく、

みんなの命を守る為の行動をこころがけて行かなければいけない時期だと考えております。

 

   

 

先日、Instagram (Dr. Kaku's Office Instagram) →@drs.kakuと

Facebook (@drskaku) にてお知らせ致しましたが、

今後の診療に際し、追加項目も含め、改めて、私どもオフィスにおける新型コロナウイルス感染症対策をお知らせ致します。

 

 

 

　　〜 患者様へ 〜

Dear All our KAKU'S Patients,

 

患者さまとそのご家族、スタッフとその家族の健康を守る為、

以下のことについてご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

To protect our patients, their family, our staff and the family, 

we would like you to understand our office policy for COVID-19.

 

①

 

海外から帰国された患者さまのお約束は、帰国日より2週間以降にお取りさせて頂いております。

そのため、お約束をおとりする際に帰国日を伺うこともございますので、ご理解のほど、宜しくお願い致します。

If you/your close contact person are returning from oversea, 

please stay home at least 2weeks.After self-quarantine, 

if you and your close contact person are well, please schedule your appointment with us. 

 

 

②

 

発熱、咳など風邪の症状がある方は、予約をキャンセル、又は、変更頂きますようお願い致します。

 

また、ご家族にそのような症状がある場合も来院を控えて頂きますよう、ご協力をお願い致します。

 

If you/your close contact person have a cough, 

 

a fever(over the 37.4C°) or feel sick, 

 

please cancel or re-schedule your appointment.

診療前には当オフィスにて、全ての患者様に手洗い、手消毒、口内洗浄剤によるうがいをお願いしております。

 

みなさまのご協力をお願い致します。

 

At the day of your appointment with us, before seeing our Clinical staff and Dentist,

 

we always ask all of our patients to wash,

 

sanitize your hands and rinse your mouth with medical mouth wash.

オフィス内の混雑を避けるため、来院の際、ご家族の付き添いは1名様までとさせて頂きます。

 

また、クリニカルエリアには患者さまお一人でお越しただきますよう、ご協力をお願い致します

 

（＊小さなお子様の治療に関しましては、保護者1名様までクリニカルエリアへの付き添いは可能です）

 

To avoid the crowding conditions in our office,

 

if the patient needs some dental appointment companion,

 

we allow that only one companion can come with he/she.

 

Only small children allow to come with their parent to the clinical floor,

 

when they have an appointment.

来院に不安を感じる方、定期検診の時期の方につきましては、無理にお越しにならなくても大丈夫です。

 

落ち着くまで、ご自宅での歯磨きフロスをしっかり行ってください。

 

If you are nervous about today’s social circumstance for coronavirus(COVID-19),

 

please cancel your appointment for now,

 

even it’s time for your teeth cleaning and dental check up.

 

Please keep having good dental care and wearing retainers as usual at your home.

インビザラインでの矯正治療を行なっている方につきましては、

 

治療計画にもよりますが、郵送可能な場合もございます。

 

オフィスまでお問い合わせくださいませ。

 

For our Invisalign patients;

 

we might be able to send you new sets of invisalign,

 

if you prefer not to come to our office for the moment,

 

but it depends on your treatment planning,

 

so please give us a call and consult us.

今後の状況によりましては、予約の変更をお願いする場合もございますのでご理解の程、宜しくお願い致します。

If we need to change our office measures for the COVID-19,

〜 オフィスの感染予防対策として〜

 

 About our office’s infection control 

 

We would like to let you know about our infection control once again.

Please read the followings.

 

 

①

 

院内には、空気清浄機が装備されております。

 

それと共に、常に窓を開け換気を行なっております。

 

The Humidifiers combined with air cleaning machines are located in our both offices

 

and also we open the windows for refreshing office’s air.

 

 

②

 

従来より使い捨ての器具を使用し、ヘッドレスカバー、グローブはその都度交換しております。

 

また使い捨てにできない器具に関しましても、数種類の滅菌機により滅菌消毒を行なっておりますのでご安心ください。

 

We have been using many disposable dental equipments

 

and accessories(including gloves and head rest covers, etc.)

 

since our offices began.

 

For the un-disposable dental equipments,

 

we use the certain and several sterilizing machines for their sterilization.

 

 

③

 

ドクター、スタッフの健康管理につきましては、体調の優れない場合は自宅待機とし院内感染対策を行います。

 

（今現在、そのようなスタッフ・ドクターはおりません）

 

We are making sure our dentists and staffs’ health conditions are well everyday.

 

If one of our dentist/staff is not well,

 

we do not allow the person to come and work until he/she becomes normal healthy condition.

 

(We do not have any unhealthy condition doctors/staff for the moment in our office.)

患者さまの混雑を防ぐため、4/7~(予定)広尾オフィストと代々木上原オフィスを同時オープン致します。

 

ご予約をご希望の方は、お電話の際にご相談ください。

 

 

To avoid crowding conditions,

 

we will plan to open our both offices in Yoyogi-Uehara and Hiroo at the same time

 

after April 7(Tuesday), 2020.

 

We will control our patient’s numbers in the same hours,

 

if you would like to schedule your appointment, please give us a call.
